سورة 70 المعارج, آية 29 – 30

1. وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ

   And those who guard their private parts

   70:29

2. إِلَّا عَلَىٰ أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ

   Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they are not to be blamed -

   70:30
