سورة 27 النمل, آية 44
-
قِيلَ لَهَا ادْخُلِي الصَّرْحَ ۖ فَلَمَّا رَأَتْهُ حَسِبَتْهُ لُجَّةً وَكَشَفَتْ عَنْ سَاقَيْهَا ۚ قَالَ إِنَّهُ صَرْحٌ مُمَرَّدٌ مِنْ قَوَارِيرَ ۗ قَالَتْ رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي وَأَسْلَمْتُ مَعَ سُلَيْمَانَ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

- It was said
- لَهَا
- to her,
- ٱدْخُلِى
- "Enter
- ٱلصَّرْحَ
- the palace."
- فَلَمَّا
- Then when
- رَأَتْهُ
- she saw it,
- حَسِبَتْهُ
- she thought it
- لُجَّةً
- (was) a pool,
- وَكَشَفَتْ
- and she uncovered
- عَن
- [on]
- سَاقَيْهَا
- her shins.
- قَالَ
- He said,
- إِنَّهُۥ
- "Indeed, it
- صَرْحٌ
- (is) a palace
- مُّمَرَّدٌ
- made smooth
- مِّن
- of
- قَوَارِيرَ
- glass."
- قَالَتْ
- She said,
- رَبِّ
- "My Lord,
- إِنِّى
- indeed, I
- ظَلَمْتُ
- [I] have wronged
- نَفْسِى
- myself,
- وَأَسْلَمْتُ
- and I submit
- مَعَ
- with
- سُلَيْمَٰنَ
- Sulaiman
- لِلَّهِ
- to Allah,
- رَبِّ
- (the) Lord
- ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
- (of) the worlds."
She was told, "Enter the palace." But when she saw it, she thought it was a body of water and uncovered her shins (to wade through). He said, "Indeed, it is a palace (whose floor is) made smooth with glass." She said, "My Lord, indeed I have wronged myself, and I submit with Solomon to Allah, Lord of the worlds."
