سورة 8 الأنفال, آية 59

وَلَا يَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا سَبَقُوا ۚ إِنَّهُمْ لَا يُعْجِزُونَ

And let not those who disbelieve think they will escape. Indeed, they will not cause failure (to Allah).
