سورة 9 التوبة, آية 5
-
فَإِذَا انْسَلَخَ الْأَشْهُرُ الْحُرُمُ فَاقْتُلُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ حَيْثُ وَجَدْتُمُوهُمْ وَخُذُوهُمْ وَاحْصُرُوهُمْ وَاقْعُدُوا لَهُمْ كُلَّ مَرْصَدٍ ۚ فَإِنْ تَابُوا وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ فَخَلُّوا سَبِيلَهُمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ

- فَإِذَا
- Then when
- ٱنسَلَخَ
- have passed
- ٱلْأَشْهُرُ
- the sacred months,
- ٱلْحُرُمُ
- the sacred months,
- فَٱقْتُلُوا۟
- then kill
- ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ
- the polytheists
- حَيْثُ
- wherever
- وَجَدتُّمُوهُمْ
- you find them
- وَخُذُوهُمْ
- and seize them
- وَٱحْصُرُوهُمْ
- and besiege them
- وَٱقْعُدُوا۟
- and sit (in wait)
- لَهُمْ
- for them
- كُلَّ
- (at) every
- مَرْصَدٍ
- place of ambush.
- فَإِن
- But if
- تَابُوا۟
- they repent
- وَأَقَامُوا۟
- and establish
- ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
- the prayer
- وَءَاتَوُا۟
- and give
- ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ
- the zakah
- فَخَلُّوا۟
- then leave
- سَبِيلَهُمْ
- their way.
- إِنَّ
- Indeed,
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- غَفُورٌ
- (is) Oft-Forgiving,
- رَّحِيمٌ
- Most Merciful.
And when the sacred months have passed, then kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they should repent, establish prayer, and give zakah, let them (go) on their way. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
