سورة 13 الرعد, آية 39

يَمْحُو اللَّهُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيُثْبِتُ ۖ وَعِنْدَهُ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ

- He wills,
- وَيُثْبِتُ
- and confirms,
- وَعِندَهُۥٓ

- (is) the Mother (of) the Book.
- ٱلْكِتَٰبِ
- (is) the Mother (of) the Book.
Allah eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.
